Celebrating Milestones of 2024

PH Companies Headquarters: One of the most exciting milestones of 2024 was breaking ground on our new headquarters! This project has been years in the making, and seeing it take shape is nothing short of thrilling.

Designed as a reflection of innovation, collaboration, and timeless design - the new headquarters will be more than just an office. It’s envisioned as a creative hub where ideas come to life. While the journey is far from over, each step forward is a testament to the dedication of our team. We’re excited to share updates as this vision becomes a reality.

Forest Estates: This year marked a significant milestone as we completed and sold the very first home in the brand-new Forest Estates Subdivision . This project was a full-scale renovation, giving us the opportunity to completely reimagine the space from the ground up.

Inspired by the rugged beauty of the surrounding landscape, we incorporated earthy textures, sustainable materials, and thoughtful design elements to craft a warm and sophisticated residence. This home embodies the charm and refinement of the Forest Estates community, setting the tone for what’s to come in this incredible development. We’re honored to have been part of its debut and can’t wait to see the community grow.

Crafting Spaces, Bridging Distances, and Perfecting the Details

Travel Inspirations: Travel has always been a cornerstone of our creative process, and 2024 was no exception. From the vibrant culture of Nashville and the energy of New York City to the breathtaking landscapes of Alaska, each destination offered unique perspectives that shaped our design approach.

These journeys reminded us of the profound connection between a sense of place and the environments we create. Urban centers buzz with inspiration, while natural retreats bring tranquility and balance. Every adventure leaves its mark, influencing the way we craft meaningful, enduring spaces for our clients.

Long-Distance Projects: Designing cabins in the serene forests of Hochatown was one of the highlights of our year. Long-distance projects always bring their own unique challenges - coordinating with local craftsmen, managing on-site details remotely, and ensuring every element of the design is executed to perfection. But these challenges also bring some of the most rewarding moments in our work.

Working across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas has taught us the value of collaboration and adaptability. Each project reminds us how important it is to trust in our team’s expertise and commitment to excellence. Whether it’s a cozy cabin in the woods or a home in the city, we’re proud to be part of crafting spaces that feel like home, no matter the distance.

Lingering Responsibilities: Life in 2024 was wonderfully full. My husband and kids are my anchor, and our newest family member, Pete - a lively puppy - has brought joy and a bit of chaos to our days.

Beyond family, my businesses - PH Design Firm , PH Realty Team , PH Property Management , and Principle Home Buyer - continue to fuel my entrepreneurial spirit. Balancing multiple ventures can be challenging, but the fulfillment of building something meaningful makes every effort worthwhile.
